When you hand the greeter your ticket to be seated let them know you have Celiacs. They’ll get the Chef for you. Patrick walked me through the entire buffet and let me know about every single item on the buffet. I felt like an executive, lol. He did let me know that the dessert bar had a hidden chocolate cake for Celiacs/GF guests. It was good, and made even better with a cold glass of milk, yum. There were several options, a carving station, latin food (everything but the tortilla were fair game), omelette station, I stayed away from the American breakfast station just bc kids can sometimes forget to keep tongs in their original food item, amazing salad bar, great cold salads (definitely get the tomato cucumber), and dessert. Worth the time if you want a casual breakfast but want to stay safe.
