Based on the reviews, I asked about the gf options and was also given the grand tour by Chef William. He was super nice and there were tons of options to choose from. He said they are starting to label some of the buffet staples as gf but not everything safe is labeled so it is better to ask. Also, there were gf cakes from a local bakery available if you asked for them at the dessert area.
My only concern is that while the chef was awesome, some of the other employees weren’t as aware and I needed to ask the woman giving me the cake to change her gloves because she just picked it up right out of the box. Did not get sick though so just keep a normal amount of caution watching how the workers serve the food.
