The chef Michael came out and gave us a tour of the buffet telling us what items were made in house and safe, what items were risky for celiac but ok for an intolerance, and what to avoid. He had gluten free bread in the back and personally made gluten free French toast for my celiac son. He also keeps a GF chocolate cake in the back from a local GF bakery. Our server Rafael was excellent also. My son was very happy with his breakfast.
