Review of The Buffet at the Wynn

Absolutely great. The chef walked me through the buffet and honestly was so knowledgable. He knew lots of small details where gluten could be hiding. The service here is top notch. Especially for a buffet. They are also happy to make pizzas, brownies and will grab you clean items from the back if you ask.
