Review of The Buffet at the Wynn

First time in Vegas, had to eat at the Wynn buffet. The food was excellent and the head chef was very knowledgeable on celiac - gluten free - cross contamination. Their servers are trained periodically. Before eating be sure the mention to the hostess that you are celiac and you would like to talk to the chef. He gave us a very thorough tour of all the food. highly recommend eating here.
