My wife is gluten free, not celiac but close, so we have to be very careful. We read great reviews of the Buffet and when we told the staff of an allergy, they got a manager who got a chef. The chef was very knowledgeable and patient, walking my wife and I through all of the stations saying what is gluten free or not. Unfortunately, there must have been some items we missed or were contaminated because my wife got “glutened”.
Items are definitely not labeled but if you ask the staff, they will tell you. From what we did eat, the food is excellent. Would not recommend for a celiac as there is no guarantee what you will get.
