Review of The Buffet Bellagio

The chef took the time to walk me through the entire buffet pointing not only their gluten free items but also their dairy free and egg containing items. Had a pizza made Ina dedicated oven for my son and instructed the sushi bar attendant to request gluten free soy sauce from her office if she didn't have any at hand. Food was delicious and everyone in the staff was beyond courteous. They make their own sausage, dressings, etc so they are 100% what's in them to assure us that there is no gluten. She (the chef) even pointed the items that although were GF they have potential cross contamination due to the stations they are placed in. Overall I was super impressed and thankful
