Review of The Buffet Bellagio

Wow, totally amazing. Sat down and had to wait a few minutes for the chef, but he apologized and then was fantastic at showing what we could eat and was very well informed. At each station, there was only a couple things that were not gf. Could order gf pizza and pasta and both were very big servings. Pizza may have been cut with a slicer that was used for other pizzas so watch for that. There were abt 7 gf items for dessert. A little pricey ($34 for dinner) but would go back because of all the options and knowledgeable and friendly staff
