Review of The Buffet Bellagio

My experience here was amazing! I came in and told the server that I had celiac disease and straight away they went and fetched the chef for me. The chef came straight over and went through every single station on the buffet with me telling me exactly what I could and couldn't have, she also made sure I knew I could ask the servers behind so I could have items of food before anyone had touched them. after leaving me she assured me I could come and get her at any point if I had any questions. She also went away and came back with a special gluten free cake for me four small pieces of it, she was fantastic! I highly recommend eating here!
