Review of The Buffet Bellagio

Came for Sunday brunch. Options are pretty limited. Very little meat available. I was told I could ask for the fish without the sauce. But the carved meats (prime rib and chicken) were evidently not gf. On the upside they can prepare gluten-free pizza on request. But chef said avoid the topping meats because they don't know what's in them. Omelet station was gf and I was able to request gf fried rice.

There was a gf chocolate cake option for desert (zero flavor) or the serve yourself ice cream.

Given the cost it was the biggest waste of money we had in Vegas.
