Review of The Buffet Bellagio

mmmeeehhh, it's OK, not even close to the best. chef was very brief and didn't even address certain stations. I had the gluten free pizza but wasn't able to eat it because it wasn't cooked and crust was cold and gross. they used to have GF pasta but no longer do. I'd recommend Wynn over this place anyway as it's fantastic, especially for breakfast.
