I got here when it wasn’t too crowded and ordered wings with the Carolina sauce. They were amazing and I didn’t get sick at all. They assured me there was no cross contamination and that they had a separate fryer. The food took about 20 minutes.

The food took over an hour to arrive. I have celiac and their wings were definitely cross contaminated. I got very sick later that night

I saw great reviews on here and on a Facebook group. I ordered chicken wings and French fries and was really impressed with their knowledge and reassurance. They have a separate fryer. I look forward to eating here again.

My kids and I are celiac. The staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. They have a dedicated fryer. The wings were amazing and the steak burger was huge with a perfectly toasted gf bun and a mountain of fries. Food was excellent.

Very pleased with our visit here! Options were limited to the brunch menu when we went, but I decided to try the breakfast burrito since it was marked gluten free. I was curious to see what GF tortilla they had that could hold up as a burrito! Turns out making it gluten free means just putting all of the ingredients on a plate instead of in a burrito 😜

It was delicious though and I think they gave me extra since they didn’t have to put it in a tortilla! They indicated they handle cross contamination and keep the items separate, but I really didn’t ask too much. Would certainly recommend!

My girlfriend and I both ordered GF sandwiches, the club and the steak burger. Both were fantastic and the BBQ chili was good as well. The fries were okay, but nothing special. The wait staff was very cordial and I had no problem asking for GF accommodations. If you need a GF bite I highly recommend this place they had a lot of options.

Excellent, safe food. There are quite a few gluten free options marked on the menu to choose from. I had the wings and fries (there is a dedicated fryer) and they were both amazing. The waitress mentioned the owner’s wife has celiac so you can trust the kitchen. ♥ which is always reassuring!! Definitely stop here if you’re in the area.

Love this place. Will definitely be back. Had the wings, burger and fries, nachos, and salad. The wings were amazing. We got medium. If you like super spicy definitely get the hot because the medium were more like mild. Burger and fries were great. They had fresh great buns. Nachos were very big and great Would 110% recommend. Felt very safe no issues after.

Best GF bun I’ve had at a restaurant in Buffalo for a burger. They make it very clear that they have a GF fryer, I could even tell the fries were prepped there! Very impressed with their options and dedication to GF compared to other Hertel spots.

I’ve visited about 3 times now and have had great experiences every time. Staff is knowledgeable about celiac safe prep. Dedicated fryer. Cheeseburger and fries were amazing. I go here with my non gf friends and they love it too.

I ordered the mild gluten-free buffalo wings and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was good, excellent gf bun. They had lots of options to put on the burger (Cheeses, grilled onions etc) The wings were a little dry and not a lot of flavor. That said it was a nice atmosphere, we were able to sit outside and I did not get sick and I am very sensitive to cross-contamination … they seemed on top of the gluten-free stuff. French fries were good too. There were a lot of other gluten-free options on the menu as well. My husband ordered spicier version of the wings and they had a little bit more flavor. Restaurant is in a cute area on a strip with a lot of other places including ice cream shop across the street, A pottery shop next door.

Wow, the medium buffalo wings and the bbq wings were amazing. All sauces gluten free and served with blue cheese for dipping. The wings were crispy and meaty. Really, my idea of the perfect wing. I am not usually a fan of buffalo sauce but had to get some while in Buffalo, NY. I was very impressed with the flavor of the sauce. It was not too hot and had a really zippy vinegar taste. I loved it. We also got the fries which are your standard hand cut fries. I had no issues later. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good food and a dedicated gf fryer. A nice selection of gf options. The steak burger with garlic mayo was wonderful. Service was a little slow though. Parking was a pain. Would eat here again.

We made a stop here based on reviews. Food was very good and the portions were HUGE. I had the brisket nachos, which were outstanding. We were kind of nervous about what the food was like since the place was empty when we walked in, but it turns out that we had just missed the lunch crowd. We would definitely stop again.

Amazing gf spot on Hertel! I had the turkey bacon club on an Udi’s roll topped with banana pepper dip and remoulade, and the fries with 5 different sauces. Everything was delicious! Love that the menu denotes what is gluten-free. They even have a fenced-in patio. Will def be back!
