The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free and made sure that my meal was handled properly. Delicious dinner and very friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful ambience listening to the waves crashing with the outdoor heaters going.

In the future I will read the waitstaff more carefully. She was puzzled when I told her that I needed my food to be gluten-free. To her credit she quickly said she’d check with the kitchen. She came back with recommendations saying they could make modifications. I chose the Chicken with risotto, which tasted good but during the hour walk to our hotel it became clear it was a terrible error. I recommend against this restaurant if you have celiac.

They have a separate toaster for breakfast and they were very knowledgeable about celiac. I stayed at the intercontinental and ate here multiple times and never felt sick. Definitely recommend if you’re sensitive!!

Incredible attention to detail. I am Celiac and they wiped surfaces for me and took incredible care with my food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great tasting food, nice staff. But, not celiac safe (at least my experience). Expressed the importance of gluten free, and I think maybe the meal in general was, but cross contamination most likely. I’m a super sensitive person, so that’s me. Might be fine for other people not super sensitive.

This was the best eating experience. The staff was very knowledgeable on cross contamination and what they could make Celiac friendly. They even made my daughter (who also has Celiac) her favorite Rubin sandwich GF! Made our day! We are both extremely sensitive and didn't have any reaction. Two thumbs up!
Waitress was knowledgeable and made sure the breakfast potatoes were GF. The chef modified them so that they were GF and made sure to cook my omelet in a clean pan (without me having to request this). They also have Udis bread— I think they toasted it in a pan. I felt very comfortable eating here.
