Wait staff had no idea what gluten free meant. And though they said they checked on whether my meal was gluten free and told me the kitchen said it was, they brought it out with rice pilaf which has gluten in it. Told them I had celiac disease and said I had a gluten allergy in case they didn't understand. After getting the rice pilaf, I then asked to double check if the rest of the dish was in fact gluten free and instead they offered a plain piece of Salmon. If I wanted plain salmon I would have asked for it. It took more discussion and another wait staff over hearing and then helping out before I got a real answer. If the staff is better trained, this place might be better, but as it was my experience was not great.
