I have celiac and eat here once or twice a week and have never gotten sick! The green and red chile are gluten free! Both are delicious. They don’t have a dedicated fryer, so no fried food (chips are ok) but you have plenty of other options. They understand what it means to be gluten free and risks. So tell the server and they will accommodate. They figured out how to make the chile gluten free for me and you can’t tell the difference.

Many gluten-free items and the waitress was very familiar with Celiac disease. I had the steak fajitas and had them put the corn tortillas on the side. Be advised: the tortillas ARE fried in a common fryer. To avoid cross-contamination, I had them just give me the raw corn tortillas without any warming/frying.

They had several items on their menu that were gluten-free. The waitress was very knowledge regarding which items could be made gluten-free if not marked on the menu. Had the chicken enchiladas with the red sauce and they were very good.
