Review of The Choptank

Given this is a new restaurant, I knew my risk when eating here. That being said, the manager ensured my order was gluten free (after speaking with the chef to verify). I ordered the mango lobster salad, which was wonderful. If you eat here, prepare to take extra caution in your order and speak with a manager, as it is clear the wait staff is undertrained. I cannot speak to the variety of options, as I only inquired about the salad, but the manager was very attentive to the matter and ensured we had a good experience. I would give this 3.5 stars if I could.
