Review of The Cliff House at Pikes Peak

It’s a lovely fine dining restaurant and service was very good. While many menu items are marked with a symbol indicating gluten free, most have to be modified. Be sure to ask your server about this. We specified GF when ordering, and one item had none of the sauce (which was a significant flavor component of the dish, and I was disappointed since the server didn’t indicate there would be such an omission). The menu isn’t clear that modifications must be made to their items marked GF, so people might end up getting glutened if they don’t clarify their dietary needs with the server.
