This place is a true hidden gem, the staff I think her name was Brittany was so friendly and advised me on the options, my daughter had the gluten free grilled cheese and I had the gluten free Cuban. The food was delicious the gluten free bread was some of the best I have ever had out! Also Brittany told me the name will be changing to mountaineer and will be located downtown Brooksville. I have a friend who lives up here as we are from safety harbor the Clearwater area. I'm just so happy to have found a wonderful place to be able to eat and it's a mom and pop place instead of a corporation. The owner wife has celiac disease so that is why they started this. If you are ever in need check this place out I will definitely be back!
