They store baked gluten free items next to gluten items, and don't take precautions for the non baked items. Celiacs should avoid.

LOVE this place! So many options, including items that are both vegan and gluten free. Idk what their protocol is but I’ve never gotten sick here. Btw, love their americanos, but not a fan of their coffee.

Great vibes and almost all of the bakery items are gluten free! They also had gf sandwiches when I was there. One of my favorite coffee places in Tulsa.

A lovely bakery, with great staff and an incredibly wide selection of baked good, sweet and savoury. Also has robust procedures concerning cross contamination. Would eat here again if I could!

I was there a while back and my sister has a severe peanut allergy. She ordered a cookie. She asked if there were any nuts in the cookie. They confirmed and said no there are no nuts. But a couple minutes later she ate the cookie and had an allergic reaction. We have never had that problem until then. Would not recommend for nut free people. Otherwise they have really good food

It has the most gluten free dessert options found anywhere in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Even if the item doesn’t say it’s gluten free, just ask, it probably is. Usually only 1 sandwich option and a few quiches though.

This place is amazing! I’ve eaten here many times and each time something new catches my eye that is gluten free. All the staff know exactly what is in each bakery item and they are very helpful! I’m so glad to have found this place!

This place is amazing! Ok, so if you haven't been to visit, you need to go. Most of their dessert foods are gluten-free...and delicious! Went in hoping they had something gluten-free, was served by wonderfully friendly people, and walked out with a whole GF Chocolate Silk Pie. Wow! My family loved it, even those who can have gluten. Definitely going again!

What a find. Had a great breakfast passing through Tulsa. Easy off/on to the highway. Had the scramble with gf toast and it was fantastic. Now to pick my treat to go from the bakery case.

I was visiting from Oregon and I was so excited with all the cheesecake options. I had to get 4 different slices. They were all fantastic.

I walked in to see if they carry any gf pastries. I almost left, but then asked the cashier, because I didn’t notice anything standing out as gluten free. She said, oh everything is gluten free with a smile...except this one cake and two cookies (they were separate from the gf items). I couldn’t believe it. I bought coconut cream pie, a chocolate crinkle cookie, and a huge peanut butter cup. I’ve only eaten the pie yet, but it was great. The prices are a bit steep ($7.50 a slice for pie) but it is amazing to have a place with so many options. I will definitely be back!!

The food and coffee is excellent! When I found this restaurant on gluten-free for me, I was super excited to try it and it did not disappoint! Even my picky kids left it enough for us to have it three days in a row! My only wish is that we had one in Springfield Missouri!

Amazing gluten free options of pies, cookies, cakes, quiche, and more! Everything taste fantastic. Portions are shareable. This place is a treasure for the Celiac sufferer or Mom’s who just want to provide goodies for their GF kiddos! They do wonder GF items for holidays and birthdays. Call ahead for full pies and cakes.
We bought a dozen GF cookies - seven different kinds! They were all so delicious! Loads of other options too. SO impressed!
Best cookies we have ever had and they were gluten-free! Great service and so many choices!

Lots of options and fantastic taste! The only concern I had was some of the gluten free items are in a shared case and below non gf items. I avoided those and was NOT glutened, but the contamination possibility is there
great coffee and a HUGE selection of gf cakes, pies, and cookies! just ask to make sure, but when i went all but 2 cookies were gluten free! so good and i had no issues! (i have an allergy)
Lots of GF options. Breakfast options as well as desert options available.

The food was excellent!!! I loved how big of a selection they have for us to choose from. I only wish I could have tried all of it! I got the chocolate cheesecake, and it was phenomenal. My daughter got "the sweetie" which is a beautifully decorated sugar cookie and she loved it.
First visit yesterday. Love this place & all the gf options. The desserts, cookies, cake, and yes, pies all looked delicious. I'm not celiac, but my husband is. I chose a gf cranberry white chocolate cookie which was delicious. My husband ordered the gf waffle & was thrilled with it. My suggestion would be to have a case dedicated to only gf items or to place gf items on top shelves of showcases with items containing gluten placed below or on lower shelves. We look forward to future visits!

So many options it’s insane! Had dessert, ordered breakfast all safe and amazing!

Went there today for breakfast for the first time and loved it. Their items plainly state gluten free and they can adjust many menu items to be gluten free using their gf English muffin and bread.

Staff was nice. They had quite a few gluten free cakes and cookies but I had the veggie quiche and French press coffee. It was very good! My other half had a cinnamon roll and a mocha (he’s not gf) and said it was very delish! The menu is up on chalkboards behind where you order. They bring your food out to you at your table. Really cool coffee shop!

I had coffee and the meat quiche. Delicious and didn't get sick! Also I took home a selection of their GF cookies and a slice of GF cake. Some of the best cookies I have ever had, GF or not! I live in OKC but can't wait to go back!

Cake for breakfast? Why yes, I will! I had breakfast with an understanding non-celiac and they enjoyed the gluten free cake as much as I did. I'll be back to eat all the cakes and cookies.
The most delicious gfree key lime pie. They have many options. I would like to see them put all the gluten-free items in one case to lessen the chances of cross-contamination.
Two full cases of GF sweets! They were slightly put off that I wanted 10 different GF cookies with my Chai latte but complied. I didn't know that it would be so busy at 1:45pm and that it would piss them off so much to have a large order. They also gave husband wrong size hot chocolate after we paid. He states we will not come back because they were frustrated with me and he got the order wrong. It cost us $45 for 10 cookies, 1 (huge) piece of choc cake and 2 drinks. But I am totally coming back for the Chai- It. Was. Bomb. -update- used my NIMA to test for gluten in two of the cookies. Both tests showed cross contamination with up to 1.5% of the sample being gluten. I had a tiny reaction (delayed and mild) so if I didn't have the Nima I wouldn't have thought anything of it. I only did the test because the cookies were so good I didn't trust them. I believe the kitchen was probably not adequately cleaned or something because the way the staff handled the food was perfect.

*EDIT* Their food is very good and has many dessert options that are gluten free, so I'm changing this review to 5 stars since this is on a site to find gluten free food.
**Original review** I am leaving 1 star based on service alone. It's so difficult finding good places to eat that offer gluten free options. I found this online and before driving all the way from Glenpool, we called and asked specifically if this was a sit down diner or just a coffee shop. We were told it was a diner with menu and the whole works, so we drove all the way there, looked forever for a place to park, went inside and 💥 it's a typical coffee shop. No sit down tables with waiters and menus. The older man that took our order was completely rude and not helpful at all. There wasn't even a table to eat our breakfast at, just chairs. We ended up getting our food to go and left. However, they did have several options that were gluten free, which was the reason we came here to begin with.
