Review of The Corner Restaurant

I emailed and asked the restaurant about gluten free and cross contamination.... WE WILL NOT EAT HERE

Good Morning Heather:

Unfortunately, we have such a small kitchen, and as we try to limit cross contamination when cooking Gluten Free items, it is impossible for us to guarantee our Gluten Free items won't touch other gluten items.

Our GF toast is cooked in the same toaster as our regular bread, and our pancakes are cooked on the same surface as our buttermilk pancakes. We tried to use separate pans for pancakes for those extremely sensitive, but the pancakes look more like fry bread when we do, and it's not exactly what our guests are looking for.
