The server was experienced and informed me of any changes on the menu which weren’t gluten free. There is a separate menu especially for burgers. Server informed me that there is a dedicated gluten-free section in the kitchen.

I've eaten here many times with no issues. However, I ate there a week ago and was sick for four days after. Will not be returning.

They have faulty staff training and food prep processes that make this a risky place to eat if you are a celiac. They routinely contaminate the supposedly dedicated french fry fryer and don't tell GF customers when they order fries.

great staff very willing to check on ingredients if they are questionable. gluten free fryer is next to the regular fryer, if you are very sensitive don't eat fried stuff.

We visited this location several weeks ago and we made the mistake of assuming that we could safely eat there. Although we communicated about our need to eat GF due to Celiac, we didn't find out until it was too late that the fries we had already consumed were prepared in the same fryer as wheat containing items because the GF fryer was broken. The poor server rushed out to tell us as soon as she found out but my daughter was hysterical upon getting the news since she was worried about getting physically ill & we were 45 minutes from our hotel. The manager there was not even apologetic and said that they couldn't guarantee the food would be GF. She didn't charge us for the burgers that those with Celiac couldn't eat due to having to rush out of there but I was extremely disappointed in her response and would have expected that a restaurant that offers a gluten free menu would at least brief their staff before the dinner shift if there are changes that might affect their customers. I am so disappointed at how this wasn't communicated.

I loved my build-your-own hamburger. It was amazing to eat a burger with a delicious bun. My waiter was so helpful, and I didn't get sick!

Update: we've eaten here several times & Celiac hubby has not gotten sick. The food is good, though expensive, & the service has been flat out bad the last few times. But the sweet potato fries & organic bison burger are so good I can't totally write them off yet. They do now have packets of "Heinz Natural" HFCS free ketchup if you ask for it.

I previously gave this location one star for being generally clueless. They seem to have dramatically improved and do indeed now have a dedicated frier for the fries (regular and sweet potato). I wish they had organic ketchup, they only have the Heinz HFCS filled junk. They do have organic bison and organic greens. I will update again after super sensitive hubby has eaten there a few times so we can gauge how safe they really are. But they have definitely taken steps in the right direction. And the bison burger in a bowl and fries were DELICIOUS. (They do have GF buns, Udi's I think, and a GF beer or two.)

Never had a reaction at this location. They have a gluten free menu and a dedicated fries fryer. You can make custom burgers and salads. Their gluten free buns aren’t the best, they fall apart easily, but it is pretty hard to find a safe burger joint so I don’t mind too much. Just place your order for a gluten allergy and make sure you double confirm everything will be cooked on clean/ separate surfaces.

Update 2024: The last 3 times I’ve eaten her or gotten to-go I have gotten sick so I won’t be coming back again. I’m not sure what changed as I order the same things and communicate the same needs/requests as before.

They are so amazing with celiac disease. Just let them know. They avoid contamination. They have a dedicated fryer that's on all the time now. Easily the safest burger you'll have.

You can build your own glutenfree burger! they have a seperate glutenfree menu and a dedicated glutenfree fryer. The brussel sprouts were amazing! I felt safe, but I am asymptomatic. Keep in mind that they also work with wheat buns in their kitchen. Prices are really fair, no upcharge for the glutenfree buns.
