The server said the eggs and hash browns are cooked on a separate pan and grill, respectively. They have GF toast cooked on a pan in the oven.

All of their sandwiches can be made gf, I wouldn’t necessarily trust the salad bar but I didn’t ask about it. I got the pesto pita wrap on gf bread and it was pretty good! The waitress had them bake the bread instead of using the shared toaster and I didn’t feel sick after.

My favorite restaurant in all of Chambana! The servers are all knowledgeable about the procedures they can take to ensure the safety of your meal. Simply inform them of your condition(s) and they will do everything they can to keep you safe. One of their servers has a wife and two kids with celiac as well, so they really get it!

They have gluten free bread that they can toast in the oven so it is safer. And be sure to ask for them not to butter it! They use the same brush to butter all of their bread. Just get a side of butter. Their breakfast is amazing! And their chicken salad sandwich is my go to lunch because I work just down the street.

The employees know me now, so they know before I even order what they need to do to make my food safely.

Amazing place!!!

Cool looking place in an old building. They have GF bread. No separate toaster but they can bake it in the oven. I had bacon, eggs, toast and hash browns. Nice waitress.

I have eaten here for years before I was diagnosed as gluten sensitive. ( I am not celiac.) They have a good selection of burgers without buns, fish choices, and lots of dudes like potatoes, potato salad, coleslaw, etc. Their salad bar is excellent too.
