The Cove Restaurant

Waiter super helpful- he commented that he has a peanut allergy and that this restaurant takes allergy prep (celiac in my case) very seriously. The menu had few items marked but they can do a lot more if you ask. We sat at the sushi bar so I talked with the sushi chef - they only use Tamari so most of their sushi is gf! This is not stated on the menu so just ask. He said the poke is even gf (I got nigiri sushi and had the ahi steak for dinner). Not an inexpensive meal but an amazing experience.

The food was amazing! There are only 2-3 marked gluten free options on the menu but they can make almost any dish gluten free.

I had the steak salad without onion rings and a side of mashed potatoes. Some of the best mashed potatoes I’ve had in years, maybe ever. I also had a sushi roll without soy sauce. Everything was amazing and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was gluten free.
