GF items marked on the menu, also told the waitress I have celiac. Got through half of my milkshake and tasted graham cracker. Asked the waitress about it, the manager came over and assured me that they are very careful with GF. Within an hour I was sick. If you’re not GF, the place is great, my other family members loved it, but if you need to be GF, STAY AWAY!

Basically an overpriced tourist trap. Milkshakes aren’t even that good for 20$.

I was a little disappointed to find out that the there are items & mix ins that are labeled “GF”, that are NOT GF. I wish I would’ve gotten a picture of the menu to add with this post. At the bottom they had a vegan & GF(labeled GF) milkshake - a cookies and cream/cookie dough mix, that had Oreos & cookie dough. When I got to the counter I asked if they use GF Oreos? And they stated the Oreos weren’t the GF Oreos - making the milkshake NOT GF & not safe, even though it was clearly labeled GF. Proceed with lots and lots of caution & ask lots of questions if you go!

I’ve spoken with the owners of this establishment and after consideration I decided I would not take the risk of eating anything here. They were uninformed of sources of gluten in the food such as hidden sources in sprinkles, they have a shared and messy work area. They didn’t actually check but said everything is gluten free except obvious items like cones and cookies…which isn’t accurate. On top of this they had attitude when I spoke to them, and even if I felt it was safe to eat here I wouldn’t sue to how they spoke to me. Avoid.

The lovely young lady ensure I could feel safe. Gluten free items are marked. She said they change gloves and get sprinkles from elsewhere.

Employee was knowledgeable about celiac, gluten free toppings are clearly marked and he offered to clean out the shake machine before I even had to ask.

I didn’t see any sort of separate work space when I went, and there was crumbs all over the work spaces. I let the cashier know I have a severe allergy, and she didn’t acknowledge it. I ended up saying something to a manager to reiterate my needs, and she went over and cleaned the machine herself, and made my shake. But then proceeded to ask me if peanuts have gluten because she accidentally put them on top. So my confidence in the cross contamination protocols were very low. I didn’t end up get sick luckily, and the ice cream was good.
