Delicious gluten free crust! Loved the amount of cheese and toppings they put on. When we ordered a salad for the group they put the crackers on the side so I could eat the salad as well. Very knowledgeable staff. Didn’t get sick.

Staff is very knowledgeable. They double checked on the location of ingredients to ensure there would be no cross contamination.

The best gluten free pizza we have ever had! Even the gluten eaters loved it! House salad was great and came out right away. All of our pizzas were made with fresh delicious toppings. The sauce and cheese were perfect too. Everyone in our party agreed this is our new favorite spot in Naples.

I make it a point to visit The Crust every time I come to the Naples area. I usually build my own pizza on their 12-inch gluten free crust. Their ingredients are fresh, the crust is amazing (haha), and I’ve never had any issues with getting sick here. The Crust is by far my favorite place to get gluten free pizza!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They didn’t enter our phone number correctly in the notification system, so we waited twice as long as we should have to get a table (about 45 mins). The pizza was pricey but delicious. I ordered a gluten free 12” meat lovers without cheese. It was so tasty and I really didn’t miss the cheese except that it holds the toppings on better. They don’t cheat you on your toppings so they are very filling. Other than pizza, they have several types of salad and subs.

GF pizza crust is amazing, thin and crispy. Also a low gluten beer was very tasty.

By far the best gluten free pizza in Naples!

The most amazing GF pizza! Reminds me of Donatos thin crust, which was one of my favorites!!! I told them about the allergy and he said he would note it and they would change gloves. I had 2 people including our waiter tell us the GF crust is actually better than the regular crust. My husband and kids agree! The regular crust is even thinner than the GF (maybe crackery style)...highly recommend the GF crust to everyone! Not sure it was made in a dedicated area, but worth it!
