Review of The Curbside Kitchen

201 Oak St, Silverton, OR 97381

Review

The owner, Pietro, is from Italy and the first time I met him he told me about his restaurant he had just opened in town. As someone with Celiac I of course asked if he had any gluten free options. Even though communication isn’t perfect due to language barriers, he clearly said to me that he did have GF options as his sister has Celiac. With that I got so excited and although there is only one gluten free meal on the menu and one dessert, I am just happy that I have a safe and delicious lunch option in Silverton. The ingredients are fresh and of great quality, some even imported from Italy. I will always choose to support local if the option is available and so for a quick easy meal, this is my new lunch spot since it’s the safest option in town.
