Have been here twice, once for buffet and once ordering a la carte. Even though the kitchen may do their best on the buffet, I really don't recommend that if you are celiac. There is just too much chance of cross-contamination. However the menu is well marked and we had a very good experience when ordering off the menu. Something to mention... They do have good dosas and they are gluten-free. They are kind of limited on the menu, however I asked to get them in place of rice with entree dishes and that worked fine. It's great to have another gluten-free option other than rice rice rice.

I was excited to see a new Indian restaurant in Huntsville—even more when I saw their menu included allergen information. The food was excellent and there were multiple GF items. Our server said the buffet is also labeled for allergens but we went for dinner so I can’t confirm this yet!
