The Dam Grille

Went here for the first time and the servers are super attentive to allergies. The waitress asked if I had any and explained they have gluten free bread and buns and can deconstruct wraps and burgers and make them on a bed of lettuce with all the toppings if I’d prefer that. She assured me they have a separate fryer for gluten free sides and foods. She also said they have a separate grill if anything needs to be grilled on its own. I was extremely reassured and even one of the owners came out to me to double check some ingredients to make sure I was not allergic to them. I had a smash burger deconstructed on a bed of lettuce and French fries with a cider! It was delicious!
