I second everything purplepanda said. I got the Eden omelet which has veggies and goat cheese. Waitress was knowledgeable about kitchen practices and reiterated that eggs and veggies for it are on a dedicated flat top. I substituted the hash browns for a fruit bowl. Gluten free toast in a dedicated gf toaster. Jam is still in a small syrup dispenser. A waitress other than the one who took our order brought out our food and stated it was gluten free. The owner said he has family with celiacs.

Took a chance and stopped in despite seeing previous reviews. I asked some questions and the restaurant has updated their safety protocols.
All wait and seating staff were knowledgeable about what is and isn't safely GF for Celiac. All egg items are safe. Nothing else is cooked on that flat top but egg and raw veggie combos. Meats, such as bacon and sausage, are cooked on another top and are not safe. The same goes for hashbrowns, as those have cross contamination. They have Udi's bread for toast and now have a dedicated toaster for GF. Equipment is cleaned and tickets are labeled. If you have Celiac, TELL THEM. They will specifically note it on the ticket, not just GF by choice.
I got the Denver omelet. I waited over 8 hours to write this review just in case I had delayed symptoms. None have surfaced, not even my minor ones. The owner personally brought the food out and confirmed my meal. Strawberry jam for toast was in a syrup container for pouring, so no yucky gluten knives go inside. I am very happy with their service for this visit. I plan to come back.

Not a safe place to eat. They brought me out hash browns right after saying they were NOT gluten free. They offered to bring me other food but I did not feel safe eating here.

Kind and considerate, knowledgeable. Things are typically prepared on the same cooktop, but able to cook in a separate pan when asked. Have gluten free bread (Udi). Everything tasted great!

We ate here with some friends for brunch. Menu is clearly marked with gluten free items. They also have gluten free bread! I had The Standard with eggs, hash browns, bacon and gluten free toast. Food was great and did not get sick.
