The Desoto Grill

Good gluten free bun. Sat at the bar where I could watch the food be cooked. Definitely high risk of cross contamination during busy times. Watched a cook sprinkle bread crumbs on Mac and cheese right next to someone’s gluten free bun, food cooked on same grill they toast the gluten buns, and gloves weren’t changed. Decent food, but wouldn’t trust it for celiacs.

Awesome experience. Great food and drink. Had the burger and Cider to drink. Server seemed very knowledgeable. GF bun was awesome.

Lots of GF items on the menu plus GF buns for the sandwiches. Our server was very knowledgeable about GF options. All the BBQ meats and bbq sauces were safe except chicken. We shared a combo bbq platter and it was soooo gooood.

Wow! The gluten free roll with super BLT was amazingly mouthwatering! Went back 2 days in a row just for that sandwich...and I am not a sandwich guy. I would have gone back 3 days if I didn’t have a flight home!

When I was seated, I worked with my server, who was very knowledgeable about what was and was not safe to eat. She in turn worked with the kitchen to ensure they were aware of my need for no contamination. I was served a tasty meal with no ill effects. It was a fun environment as well. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.
