The Dining Car Café and Market

We have had wonderful experiences at the Dining Car. They have a gluten free fryer, for fries and for the most delicious fried cauliflower. The menu is clearly marked, and they seem to understand the need to avoid cross contamination. The salads are also delicious. Everyone who works there has been lovely.

Addendum: went back and was told that there WAS cross contamination risk and that the fryer was not gluten free. So I’m not sure what to believe but would no longer recommend this place for celiac!
