This is one of my favorite restaurants in TC! The food is delicious and for someone who is vegan and has celiac disease,they are gluten free, the staff accommodates it all. The new owner came out and went over the menu with me to make sure I had choices. He prepped the meal away from any gluten and prepared it all himself. I will definitely be back.

I called them and they said if you have Celiac, they definitely advise you NOT to eat there.

They have many gf options for sandwiches and salads. Plus they have 8 soups a day and usually about half are GF. They also have several GF/vegan options as well!

Great GF soups, wraps and more!

5/6 homemade soups GF! Garlic potato excellent! GF chips. No GF sandwich options. Reasonable prices.

Delicious GF salads and soups daily! Friendly staff. I've eaten there several times and have never been sick.
