Bottom line: I did not get sick Unfortunately I was very close to. This is a jazz club associated with the Roxy hotel. I ordered the chicken dish with farro/broccoli salad and was very clear about gluten free and they were receptive. When it came it, luckily i checked the meal before biting in because they served it with farro. I told the waitress and explained it should not be labeled as GF. The manager came over and was very apologetic. I said i did not want anything else, as I didnt trust the kitchen. He came back out later with the chicken dish and guaranteed it was safe (no farro in sight). I slowly ate it with no reaction.

I hope after this experience they learn their lesson, maybe it was a freak accident. I think I would go back, but proceed with caution
