Wait staff, signage and menu are not concerned with allergies. Wait staff has to ask cook if something is gluten free. Lack of training. Menu online has GF options that are not marked as GF on in restaurant menu.

They have gluten free options on the online menu, but when you get there the paper menu only has one or two apps that are GF. The server did not seem to be knowledgeable about celiac disease and said I should order a sandwhich without the bread. I wouldn’t be surprised if I got cross contaminated there
