Absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Thank you Roger for coming out and speaking with us…FYI he’s a fellow Celiac:) Was sooo joyful! We had the Wagyu Sliders, A Pie With A Purpose, & some brown sugar ice cream with a meringue topping that was ridiculous!! Highly recommend!!

Finally found the best GF pizzas in central FL. Had the GF classico and funghi john mushroom pizzas at the Drake Sunday Night. WOW! Had not had GF pizzas like this since our visit to Keste in NYC! The crust was crispy, but has the soft and chewiness the is often missing from GF crust. Both pizzas were delicious, but the flavor profile of funghi john pizza was amazing! If you’re looking for gluten-free in Orlando, The Drake kitchen +Bar is the place!

We visited the Drake kitchen and bar for dinner a few nights ago. I am not gluten free but they had so many options to help my wife feel safe. Sliders were always with the gluten free buns. They are home made and delicious. My wife got the red fish which was lightly fried with gluten free flour, and fried separately. Wonderful experience, we will be back.

Had an amazing meal at The Drake last night! They’re a new restaurant downtown and have such a wide variety of GF items on their menu! They have pizzas that can be made GF and are fired in their pizza oven; I got the Classico pizza (tomatoes, mozzarella, basil) and it was absolutely delicious! Great flavor and texture, you’d never guess it was GF if I hadn’t known. Will definitely be back again!
