Hi Dawn we do not, offer a gluten free menu as our kitchen does have gluten products in it. We do have products that would be gluten conscious. Any of our servers could guide in that direction.
I haven't been to The Dream since it was taken over by new ownership but did inquire last week about what options they may have and above is what I was told.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
Have been here twice. First time was great. The second time not so great. I always spend extra time informing people I have celiac disease but when my food came out it has regular bread thrown on top of the omelet. I told them I needed a whole new one and they took the plate away in this huge rush. I knew immediately the server was just going to take it back, remove the bread and reserve it to me. Thats exactly what happened because the food came back too quickly and was barely room temp. I waited tables for 10 years and have a good idea. Needless to say I didnt eat and have not been back.

Their bread is good. staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Yes
Gluten Free bread, pasta & brownies available upon request.
I've eaten here 4 times while traveling and have found the servers at this family style restaurant very knowledgable and accomodating. They returned quickly with answers from the cook about making my menu choice GF and suggested some options for me that were not on the menu. Their GF baked goods are baked fresh in house. The "upcharge" thing is annoying, but for me it's a small price to pay for fresh bread and a chocoolate brownie sundae that I can eat without feeling ill.

Very few gluten free menu choices. There is also an extra charge for gluten free items..On their menu they refer to it as an "up charge"....for gluten free items..They only have gluten free bread (if they are not out) one kind of pasta, a thin vegetable soup and a gluten free brownie..That is the extent of their gluten free menu choices..Extremely disappointing dining experience.. I do not reccomend dining here..
