The sushi isn't gluten free which I thought was odd. They use something in their sushi rice that has gluten. The only option other than salad was stir fry or fried rice. I had the server double check with the kitchen staff. I ordered the crab fried rice, which had real crab meat. They handled my garlic allergy as well. Overall a good experience, so I think they have updated their food prep practices. I would eat here again.

I was told that they didn’t have gluten free options but the they could make just about any dish gluten free. I ordered the Red Curry with chicken, and although it was yummy....it did upset my system.
I ate here three times and each time the servers and managers confirmed that the Lo Mein noodles were GF. I don’t have huge reactions to gluten immediately so it was hard to tell if I was being paranoid or not. I was skeptical but the entire staff was confirming it. The fourth visit, the server told us it was DEFINITELY NOT GF and never had been. Then the manager argued with us about her staff not knowing which items were GF. Disappointing!

This used to be a favorite spot for Pad Thai especially, but staff casually said six months ago they boil the rice noodles in the same water as lo mein, so only broccoli beef was GF. I was told they were working with a new chef to develop a menu with GF options. But ask questions if you go!
