Wanted to try this restaurant as a unique dining option for my husband and I while we were on vacation in Prague. While the food is delicious, and the chef’s table is really fun to watch, do not eat here if celiac or gluten sensitive. I ordered a starter and a main and both were botched. I told the server very clearly that I was gluten free and I’m not sure if it wasn’t communicated to the chef team or what happened, but my starter was prepared with croutons, and served to which I had to ask them to make a new one. Then for my main course, I asked for the beef dish, which I was told was gf without the onion rings and I watched them put them on anyway until the sus chef caught it and removed them. Not sure I was thankful or not that I saw it, but at least it allowed me to carve out the parts that still have visible breading on them. I definitely reacted after. We opted to not try for a third botched course.
