The Edison Café - Smash Burgers

Very delicious burgers on delightful gluten free buns. Neither girlfriend or I are known celiacs, but both fairly sensitive and didn't get sick. Very small intimate setting, with attentive and accommodating staff/owner. I believe the fries come out of a dedicated frier, but I would certainly check first if that's your level of sensitivity.
