I went into the Edison feeling really hopeful, especially considering that they are pretty pricey. I wanted to play it safe to I ordered a Caesar salad with no croutons and added shrimp. My food came out with croutons on it even after our server had flagged my peanut and gluten allergy. I of course asked for a new one but I got extremely sick after eating a salad… not to mention the salad was $30 for Caesar, lettuce, and 5 pieces of shrimp. I’m really disappointed because I started feeling sick almost immediately after. From my experience, I could not safely recommend someone with celiac to eat here - and certainly to pay those types of prices!

Celiac friendly and so delicious! I always remind the waiter to tell the kitchen to change gloves, use fresh utensils, use clean pans, etc. They have a gluten free menu. I’ve ordered boot ranch pork chop and the steak sandwich with a GF bun.

It honestly depends on which server you get. The kitchen is knowledgeable about gluten free so if you get a server willing to ask questions, you’ll learn what’s safe! The food I’ve had there is A-MAZ-ING.

Brunch menu was not great for GF options. Finally settled on the Caesar salad which ended up being lettuce and shredded cheese. Won’t be heading back for anything but drinks on the patio.

We went here based on their menu listing gluten free on many items. The service was not very good. The informed the waiter I had a gluten allergy and ordered the nachos shrimp and grits. I immediately felt glutened after dinner.
No
The lunch menu has hardly any options. I got a chicken philly without a bun and it was burnt to a crisp. I waited 50 minutes for burnt onions peppers and chicken.... at least I didn't get sick on top of it
