The Egg & Us - Seattle

In addition to needing to eat gluten free, I can’t eat eggs. I have ordered the veggie grill and they can serve it with gluten free toast. The hash browns and meats are gluten free. I have eaten here several times without problems.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Staff seemed knowledgeable about cross-contamination. Told me to not order hashbrowns but that omelets would be safe. I ordered an omelet, fresh fruit, and cottage cheese. Food was good, but unfortunately I got sick within 30 mins. Would NOT recommend for celiacs.

No separate gluten-free menu and GF toast is prepared in a common toaster so Celiacs should avoid toast. Egg dishes are safe!

This restaurant is delicious! They offer things like French toast using gluten free bread. Egg dishes, bacon, etc. Fresh tasting, good food.
