We had reservations on Friday evening. The waitstaff were also the bartenders and we were not assigned one person. Multiple people were helping with our orders. I tried to tell all of the people I had celiac when ordering. I ordered the Salmon BLT gluten free bread.
When it arrived the bread looked too good to be true. So I inquired and it was a different person being meal out (someone from the back). So I told him I had celiac and would need a whole new meal. They they couldn’t transfer the food to a new bun. He insisted they would get it right for me telling me the owner has celiac too so they understand.
What annoyed me is the person that took our order and input the order wrong never even noticed or apologized. I expected better from this spot.
