Food was expensive but delicious. I was concerned because I got into a debate with the waitress after consulting the chef and she said a farro risotto was gluten free (farro IS wheat) but was told most things could be modified. The server came back and politely thanked me for educating her. I didn’t get sick from dinner or breakfast the next day.
