Been wanting to try The Essential since moving to Birmingham after hearing so many good things from my non-celiac friends. Was reassured that they fry their potatoes separately due to how many customers come in with celiac or wheat allergies. I got the hash and it was so good! Before placing my order, my waiter double checked that it would be safe for me to eat. Such a cute place. Highly recommend!
