Great food, they have a dedicated fryer but the fries are cut in another factory that may have wheat. She said most of their celiac clients are fine but I didn’t want to gamble so I got the side salad which had a lot of fresh variety produce. Great choice! They are aware of cross contamination and had separate pans, changed gloves, etc. they have gluten free bread so I had the heritage pork chorizo sandwich

The food and ambiance here looks lovely, however, the cashiers advised me not to order as they said they could not make my gluten free sandwich in a separate area. My ratings on the taste are a reflection of what others have told me. I'm disappointed and wish I could have tried it.

Delicious sandwiches, that are more like a huge meal. Any sandwich can be made on GF bread and it’s good.

One of the best GF tuna melts we’ve ever had. Sandwich and fries were both GF and were amazing!

The prices here might scare you but every bite will make you so incredibly happy. It’s worth it! They have gluten free bread and told me they make the GF sandwiches in a separate zone. The fries are probably safe but the very helpful cashier did tell me they are not sure how they are manufactured because the bag they come in is blank. However they cook them in a dedicated fryer so within their kitchen there is no cross contact happening. Side note - I came here about a year ago and they didn’t quite seem to have the GF stuff figured out. My visit yesterday was great and the cashier was able to answer all my questions! Seems like they’ve figured it out!

As a celiac I don’t think I would be brave enough to try the sandwiches but the fries were delicious! They are made in a dedicated fryer with rice oil! They have so many options for the fries and many come with protein like an egg! Definitely worth a stop!

The Farmer’s Wife is our families favorite casual restaurant in Sebastopol. We love Kendra, the owner, and her sandwiches & salads are delicious! Work spaces are shared with gluten containing foods, which may not work for some, but as a gluten intolerant family we’ve never had an issue. Our favorite sandwiches are the belly and jelly, sausage and berries, and the patty melt. Their market salad is also super yummy!!
