All local, made in-house. Organic, non GMO. Not dedicated GF and no GF Menu, but accommodating and understanding of allergies. Great polenta (corn) croutons on Farmer Salad. Just ask and be clear if you have celiac for other dishes. EDIT: They do have a GF menu now!
