The waitress said that their kitchen as a whole is not gluten free so they can’t fully guarantee that there would not be minor cross contamination’s however because I have an intolerance and not a severe allergy I was not worried. And they do have their gluten free options clearly marked. The waitress was also very helpful and kind about my questions.
