Christian and chef took extra concern to clean the pan and prepare a delicious breakfast of poached eggs with avocado on a yummy GF bun that was toasted. It came with a salad and roasted tomato. Best breakfast all 12 days of our trip. Christian required no prompting for caution for my allergy. Seemed very aware and knowledgeable of the complexities or making good and safe gluten free food.
