The Flats Bistro

The flats recently shutdown for a few weeks to make their kitchen gluten free friendly. They now have a separate fryer and many of there items are gluten free. The food is fantastic, the view is great and the service is wonderful. Highly recommend as one of the few gluten free places in the area.

The bacon wrapped dates can be baked to make them GF. They have 4 things marked on the menu GF, but the knowledgeable waitress said they can alter other things. I stuck with marked menu, and have gone back several times and not gotten sick. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, wait staff is very accommodating.

Absolutely delicious GF food clearly marked on menu with knowledgeable staff!!!!! Had salmon special with risotto and appetizer of Brussel sprouts.

Does not have dedicated kitchen space? Server didn't bring mayo when we asked 3 times. Brought after the fact.

The main menu has many gluten free options to choose from. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and they had cider and a gluten free beer available too. And the food was superbly delicious.
