We arrived at the flying pepper, not knowing a lot about it other than the people who would already did a review on find me gluten-free stated that it was a good place. Unfortunately, in each of their cases they ordered things that we do not eat, my wife, being a celiac, and me being pescatarian.
The waitress was very helpful willing to ask any questions in the back I carry with me a sheet that says it in many different languages the explanation of what we can, and cannot eat as a celiac I’m just fine. The waitress took it back to the cooks who first language was Spanish looked it over, and one of them came out and was more than willing to work with us on the entire menu! He made suggestions, and we followed those suggestions and found that this was an excellent place to eat. We give it a five star! Especially the waitress, and one of the people from the back are willing to come out and actually talk to us about what they could do for us!
We have found a Great place to eat when we are in town!

I am symptomatic Celiac, and ordered margaritas & the grilled chicken poblano w corn tortillas and it was delicious!!! I got the full size order & it was a very large amount!! Also loved that I could eat the tortilla chips because they are not cross contaminated in the fryer!! Enjoyed the trio of guac, salsa, and queso with it! The only thing I was slightly disappointed in, is that you did not get tortilla chips for the table. You had to purchase them! But I did not get “glutened” & I will return!

I ordered the burrito bowl, and they were very careful to change gloves, use dedicated gluten free surfaces, etc.
